new:

guitar - yamaha f310. phone - nokia 6610i. coffee press - bodum 1783-521. big hole in my neck.

julius has his own music school now - i'm impressed, really. therefore, cutthroat discounts for me hahah! the guitar is nice, even the colour scheme sounds nice - "tobacco sunburst". and 30 bucks more got me a bag and a spare set of strings, and he even threw in a free stand! all quality yamaha. cutthroat is... i just can't find a stronger word. the bodum kenya coffee maker is one neat beauty with class, a canister with plunger, so u can make cuppas with the very style u do in those italian cafes. of course it comes with a price... switching from instant coffee to coarse ground, from teabags to loose leaf.

wanna hear about the big hole? it seems my cysts (yes, plural) have liquidated. staph's handiwork has taken off about 4 square cm of my flesh... went to clean this rotting grave of his yesterday, and i have to say it was a new sensation to feel, and hear, hydrogen peroxide HISSing in the wound, an inch from my ear. i hope my pushover alien friend is dead, and stays dead. even dead he's a pain in the neck.

anyway! i have managed to turn a supposedly-stressful week into a day, that is today, by making all the previous days fruitless. have done near to nil and w.e.f. afterwards, will have to do pronto some filing, extract an old fees invoice so as to be able to buy a draft for my uni fees, sort out stuff on my laptop, clear my desk, clear my bed, unpack my last minute shopping(s), Start Packing, finish 'one man's bible', write a (also last minute) cny card.

now on my desk... there's clutter of every kind imaginable. from books, laptop gadgets, wires, name cards, cds, a bank letter, christmas cards, antibiotics, lollipops, s'pore currency, camera, free radical test results, post-its, and a bottle of some neat chinese medicine - 7 star needle in alcohol. ever notice these chinese medicines tend to sound ultra cool after translation? half my bed is taken up by three piles of clothes, some to stow and some to pack, my nomadII, new toothbrushes, and some uni letters. that's right... i've been sleeping on just the top half of the bed for two days.

so what?! i'm the miracle engineer! from friday morning in a chaotically messy kl room...

i will clean and clear (And finish my reading - therein lies the rub) my way to saturday, pass the day in a plane, and do spring cleaning (and wl) on sunday... and monday will see me in class 6500km away, writing and taking notes and talking cock. or more probably than not nodding off.

and as i type keep in mind it's already 7 hours into friday. 24-odd hours till takeoff. enjoy yourselves!
